Before using the corundum stone, place a few drops of honing oil on it. If honing oil is unavailable, you can use kerosene, lubricating oil, or cooking oil instead. After use, wipe off the pulp and store the stones in a dry environment, avoiding high temperatures and dampness. This will prevent the sharpening stone from easily producing dust during use and ensure its resistance to wear and long-lasting performance.

The sharpening stone set includes 10 stones with the following grits: 180#, 400#, 800#, 1500#, 2000#, 3000#, 120#, 320#, 600#, and 1500#. The lower the grit number, the rougher the surface, which can help chip away at a dull knife more quickly. Conversely, the higher the grit number, the finer the surface, making it suitable for daily honing and polishing.
